Motion Supply covers training sessions, workouts, skill work, lifts, pro day prep, combines, and showcases across the NY, NJ, and PA region. This is the other side of an athlete's story, and it's usually the side that builds a following. The 6 a.m. gym. The rep you missed four times before you caught it. The trainer in your ear. That footage does something highlight tape can't, because it shows people who you are when nobody is keeping score.

The shoot works differently than a game, and that's the advantage. Nothing here is one take. We can move for the angle, run the drill back, catch it in slow motion, and light it the way we want. You get control over the look instead of hoping the play comes to your side of the floor.
